    摘要:

    为精准监测CO2驱油封存过程中的前缘位置,建立两种CO2驱油封存前缘计算方法。根据CO2驱油封存三区流度变化特征,结合流度变化在矿场试井曲线不同流动阶段的响应特征,对CO2驱矿场试井曲线进行流动阶段划分,识别CO2前缘在试井曲线上的响应时间,通过试井分析得到CO2驱油封存试井前缘计算式。基于CO2驱油封存羽流动态运移过程,结合Buckley-Leverett驱油理论,建立并求解CO2驱油封存非活塞式驱替数学模型,得到CO2驱油封存非活塞式驱替前缘计算式。将两种计算方法应用于矿场实践,分别得到纯CO2区与CO2-原油混合区的前缘位置,并通过数模方法验证两种计算方法的可靠性。结果表明:提出的两种前缘计算方法与数值模拟结果相对误差不超过15%,满足矿场精度要求;研究结果为解决CO2前缘监测费用高、耗时长等问题提供了新途径。

    Abstract:

    To accurately monitor the front position in the process of CO2 flooding and sequestration, two calculation methods for the front of CO2 flooding and sequestration were established. According to the fluidity change characteristics in the three regions of CO2 flooding and sequestration, combined with the response characteristics of fluidity change in the field well test curve at different flow stages, the flow stage of the CO2 flooding field well test curve was divided, the response time of the CO2 front on the well test curve was identified, and the calculation formula of the CO2 flooding and sequestration well test front was obtained through well test analysis. On the basis of the dynamic migration process of CO2 flooding and sequestration plume, combined with Buckley-Leverett oil displacement theory, the mathematical model of CO2 flooding and sequestration non-piston displacement was established and solved, and the calculation formula of CO2 flooding and sequestration non-piston displacement front was obtained. The two calculation methods were applied to the field practice, and the front positions of the pure CO2 zone and the CO2-crude oil mixed zone were obtained respectively, and the reliability of the two calculation methods was verified by the numerical modeling method. The results indicate that the relative error between the two proposed CO2 front calculation and the numerical simulation results does not exceed 15%, meeting the accuracy requirements for field applications. This study provides a new way to solve the problems of high cost and long time for CO2 front monitoring.
